Hi, my names Kay and I have been teaching yoga for over 26 years and have practised yoga for over 36 years.
My teaching qualification is through the British Wheel of Yoga, a worldwide recognised organisation.
I also specialise in helping people with back, neck and shoulder problems and do private consultations. My mindful yoga classes consist of breathing awareness techniques, exercises, postures and relaxation/meditation.

From the moment I 'Arrive' through to 'Deep Relaxation' Kay's yoga practice provides, for me, one of the most valuable and worthwhile 90 minutes I could spend throughout my whole week. I find her class to be extremely well balanced between the practice of physical positions on the mat and the deep relaxation for the mind. I cannot imagine my life without Yoga.
